Today I had a call from the hospital. It was from my surgeon's Secretary. The call was to inform me that my operation is imminent and give me plenty of notice as they know I work for myself. At the moment it could be happening in the first 2 weeks of January. Eeek! At the very best I will be out of action for around 2 weeks, worst case up to 8 weeks! I will know more by next Thursday.
This of course falls within the busy time for Valentines and the preparations for Easter. Thankfully Valentines fabric is all in stock and just waiting to be cut and bundled up. Now that I wont have that window of time I am going to be working through Christmas to ensure that every bundle and order is fulfilled. Any remaining bundles will be ready to be popped up and when orders come through I can get friends and family to post for me.
As well as Valentine's bandana and bow orders, there are everyday bundles too. I have just done a restock of fabric and I will be cutting it all into bundles too. I will do my very best to make sure that Paws is fully stocked before my operation, but once the bundles have been sold there may be a wait before the website is restocked. This is because what I do at Paws requires standing long hours, bending and cutting fabric. I won’t be able to do this for a while.
If you know you will need to order Valentines and/or everyday bundles, please order as soon as possible. Although I have helping hands I would rather everyone be prepared and fully stocked. I know we are in the middle of Christmas and January seems a way off, but we all know how time flies.
At the moment there is a sale running on selected bundles and I had planned on ending it soon, but with today's news I am going to keep it going a while longer. Gives everyone plenty of time to get stocked up and save a few pounds. So grab the bundles while you can!
