From My Studio to Your Salon: What Happens After You Order?
Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes once you click that "Place Order" button? I know how exciting it is to wait for a fresh delivery of bows and bandanas, so I want to take you through the journey of your Paws order—from my studio to your grooming table.
1. The Confirmation: As soon as you order, you’ll receive an automated email. Please give this a quick double-check! If you notice a typo in your address or the wrong quantity, let me know straight away so I can fix it before I start cutting your fabric.
2. The 9am Cut-Off: I print all orders at 9am every weekday.

Ordered before 9am? It goes into that day's production queue.

Ordered after 9am or on the weekend? It’ll be processed the next working morning. (Note: As a small business, I’m closed on Saturdays and Sundays to recharge for the week ahead!)
3. The Making Process: Whether it’s a bespoke order or a seasonal bundle, everything is handled by me (Jo!) in the studio. I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. During busy times (like the Valentine’s or Christmas rushes), this might stretch a little further, but I always work as fast as I can to get your treats to you.
4. Tracking Your Treasure: Once your order is packed and ready to fly, you’ll get another email with your tracking code.

Our Standard: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This means you can follow your parcel’s journey from my door to yours, giving you peace of mind that your salon restock is on its way.
5. Delivery Day: Your local postie should deliver your parcel within 48 hours of it leaving the studio. If you’re busy grooming and miss the door, Royal Mail will (should) leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.
